The Finalist | Quarantime help

Older people are most at risk during the time of pandemic. It is recommended that they remain at home, but this is not a simple task, as not everyone has the resources ready for it, and often they can not even get prepared. Therefore, it is often the case that such people must periodically visit a store, pharmacy or even walk a dog. If such an older person does not have a family nearby who could help them, it is very difficult for them to remain at home. As older people usually do not use the internet, not to mention smartphones, it makes no sense to create an application for them. But almost every senior has the ability to make phone calls. Therefore, we plan to create a bot for voice calls (and sms). They will be able to call a special number, enter their location and say what they need. Such an entry will be automatically processed and will go to the volunteers’ application who will be able to help, e.g. by shopping.
