What the project is about?
BrainExchange is an internal knowledge exchange platform that makes it easy to find appropriate knowledge in the brains of people who have it – inside of a company or a group of cooperating companies.
Project description:
Knowledge workers these days waste about 8 hours a week searching for information required to do their jobs. BrainExchange allows them to save time by giving time. Talking to someone with the appropriate expertise is the fastest way to get to needed information and needed solutions. By designating one hour a week of his or her time to advise others, each employee gains access to a huge pool of expertise and skills of all the platform’s members.
