We invite you to join the Task made by Amazon Development Center Poland.
Hundreds of Innovation@Amazon participants will work on unleashing the potential of Amazon Alexa cloud-based #voiceservice for solving important social problems. We are looking for voice-controlled applications or their prototypes that support people suffering from social and technological exclusion or their allies (family, friends, coworkers, caregivers) by improving their well-being and inclusion. Jury will evaluate submitted applications considering their quality of development, creativity, design, functionality, and impact on the community.
What are we focusing on?
Alexa is Amazon's cloud-based voice service that provides a set of built-in capabilities, referred to as skills. Customers can access them by asking Alexa questions or making requests. The Alexa Skills Kit lets you teach Alexa new skills. You can build skills that provide users with many different types of abilities.
During this task we are focusing on building Alexa skills, helping with socially important problems and #supporting people who need special care. However, there are no limits – every creative solution that makes the world more accessible is welcomed.
